      5. Pseudonymized Information that is no longer necessary for use, as well as information deleted from Personal Information during the creation of Pseudonymized Information will be deleted without delay; and

  3. This Privacy Policy applies to the Personal Information obtained through the Company’s website, products, or other fair means.

Scope and Method of Acquisition of Personal Information

If the Company receives any of the following request from a data subject regarding its Personal Information, upon confirming whether the request is made by the data subject or its representative, the Company will promptly disclose the information in accordance with the provisions of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information in Japan:

  2. disclosure of Personal Information held by the Company;
  3. correction, addition, or deletion of Personal Information held by the Company; and
  4. suspension of use, deletion, or suspension of third-party provision.
