Our Micro MC series has high machining accuracy that is uncommon in compact machining center.
Both wet and dry process are compatible as standard.
Various materials such as resin, ceramics, metals, and brittle materials of glass or silicon can be processed finely.

Mechatronics
We develop specialty automation system on demand for production or inspection process in various industries and fields.
For example, O-ring Smart Insert Machine [Smart-O] is semi-automation system to insert O-ring to work smoothly due to own developed centering mechanism.
From O-ring feeding to inserting are automated, and it enables to be expected improving productivity and quality stabilization.

独自の高精度アライメント技術により、±2µm以下の高い貼り合わせ精度を実現。
常温や低温で接合することができるため、化合物半導体など熱膨張係数の異なる異種材同士の接合に活用されています。
