Both wet and dry process are compatible as standard.

Mask-less Exposure System

Mask-less Exposure System significantly reduces cost and cycle time for trial production of semiconductor device by direct drawing with DMD.

Can be selected from some models depending on conditions of usage; wafer size or line and space, etc.

Food Printer

Food printer is used for printing illustration or characters on food products with edible ink.

Both [HSP series] which can be installed in production line and [DTP series] of bench-top model are lined up.

独自の高精度アライメント技術により、±2µm以下の高い貼り合わせ精度を実現。
